Our Four-Stage Process.
Every GLI program follows a structured four-stage formation process. This isn't a checklist it's a transformation sequence that moves participants from self-awareness to generational impact.

Character is the foundation that determines how leaders behave when no one is watching and everything is on the line. We build integrity, accountability, and ethical judgment through structured formation experiences.

CHARACTER STRENGHTS SURVEY
A research-validated framework for ages 10–17 that identifies 24 core character strengths. GLI uses VIA Youth results to anchor identity and self-awareness in our youth formation curriculum.
DISC
BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT ( YOUTH- ADAPTED)
A behavioral framework that helps students understand their communication style and how they show up in teams and leadership roles. GLI incorporates DISC concepts to build self-awareness in our formation curriculum.
