Every GLI program follows a structured four-stage formation process. This isn't a checklist it's a transformation sequence that moves participants from self-awareness to generational impact.

A research-validated framework for ages 10–17 that identifies 24 core character strengths. GLI uses VIA Youth results to anchor identity and self-awareness in our youth formation curriculum.
DISC
BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT ( YOUTH- ADAPTED)
A behavioral framework that helps students understand their communication style and how they show up in teams and leadership roles. GLI incorporates DISC concepts to build self-awareness in our formation curriculum.
