The college transition window senior year through freshman year is exactly when young people are making decisions that determine their workforce trajectory. Whether they complete college, develop professional character, or build the leadership skills employers require is shaped in this critical 12-month window.

Leadership Formation Pipeline.
R.I.S.E. connects directly to Leaders of Character (ages 13–18) and P.R.O. Workforce (ages 18+) creating a complete character-based leadership formation pipeline from middle school through career. For workforce partners this means a seamless continuum of service.
