OUR CORE VALUES
VALUES
Five Character Strengths.
Every Audience.
One Foundation.
These are not slogans on a wall. They are the character DNA of every person who belongs to, learns in, works for, and partners with Global Leaders Impact across schools, churches, government, juvenile justice, organizations, and families.
The foundation of LOC, R.I.S.E., and P.R.O. one set of values, every context.
OUR FOUNDATION
Character Is Not
What You Do.
It's Who You Are.
At GLI, we believe every person was created on purpose, for a purpose. These five core character strengths are the formation framework that shapes every student, staff member, and leader who enters the GLI community regardless of which program they are in or which context they come from.
They are not rules. They are the internal compass every GLI leader carries into the classroom, the workplace, the courtroom, the congregation, and the community.
OUR VISION
A movement of character-driven leaders rising across the seven mountains transforming religion, family, education, government, media, arts, and business creating generational impact that changes communities, nations, and the world.
OUR MISSION
Global Leaders Impact develops leaders by cultivating identity, forming character, and building responsibility strengthening people, institutions, and communities for generational impact.
GLI's character formation framework is aligned with the Character.org 11 Principles Framework the nationally recognized standard for character education. In accordance with Principle 1, GLI has developed its own five core character strengths Identity, Integrity, Responsibility, Courage, and Impact drawn directly from our mission and vision. GLI is pursuing National School of Character designation.
