Tranice Davis founded Global Leaders Impact LLC from the intersection of two things over a decade of high-performance corporate leadership experience and an unshakeable conviction that character is the foundation every leader must be built on.
After years leading in corporate America, Tranice saw what organizations, schools, and workforce programs were consistently missing. Not skilled people. Formed people. Leaders whose identity, integrity, and professional character were as developed as their technical abilities.
In 2020 she built the answer. GLI is a leadership formation company designed from the ground up to develop leaders from the inside out forming the character that makes leadership last across every room, every role, and every generation.
This is not a response to a trend. This is a calling built into an institution.
